Honeymoon Tours (10 Nights, 11 Days)

Day 01 Cochin and Marari

Arrive at Cochin. You will be received at the airport/station and taken to a beach resort in Marari. Rest of the day free to relax or enjoy your day at the beach. Overnight stay at the Resort.

Day 02 Marari Honeymoon Tours

Leave for Marari, a beautiful location for exploring the marvellous backwaters where the tranquility and the stunning scenery gives the feeling of being transported back in time and leaves one with a superbly relaxing and inspiring experience. Activities here include cycling, beach activities, visit to a fishing village and coir factory. This place also offers a chance to practice yoga, country canoe rides etc. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 03 Alleppey

Morning proceed to Alleppey, a district of immense natural beauty. Referred to as the Venice of the East by travellers from across the world. This backwater country is also home to diverse animal and bird life. With the Arabian Sea on the west and a vast network of lakes, lagoons and fresh water rivers crisscrossing it and by virtue of its proximity to the sea, the town has always enjoyed a unique place in the maritime history of Kerala. On arrival check into a traditional house boat. Cruise through the backwaters and stay overnight on the boat.

Day 04 Kumarakom

After breakfast disembark house boat at a backwater resort in Kumarakom situated on the Vembanad lake. The resort offers you a comfortable accommodation and exclusive leisure options like an Ayurvedic massage, yoga, meditation, boating, fishing, angling and swimming. Additional facilities include - water sports, evening sunset cruise, walks through a bird sanctuary, country canoe ride through narrow canals & beautiful villages. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 05 Cochin

In the morning drive to Cochin. On arrival at the "Queen of The Arabian Sea", check into the hotel. Afternoon you are free to relax. In the evening enjoy a Kathakali dance show and sunset tour. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06 Cochin

After breakfast, proceed for city tour covering Jewish Synagogue - Built in 1568 the oldest synagogue in the Commonwealth stands, adorned by hundreds of exquisite hand-painted Chinese tiles in blue and white. St Francis Church, originally built out of wood in 1503 and thus earning fame as the oldest European Church in India (Vasco de Gama was buried here). Dutch Palace - As you climb it's stone steps, you enter a different world of Palanquins and heraldry, jewels and rich murals. Walk around the cobbled streets. In the evening you are free for shopping. Late evening enjoy a Kathakali dance show and sunset tour. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 07 Calicut

Morning depart from Cochin for Calicut . Arrive at Beypore, one of the prominent ports and fishing harbours of ancient India and shipbuilding industry which boasts of a tradition of almost 1500 years. Check into the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 08 Wayanad Honeymoon Tours

After breakfast, drive to Wayanad. Hidden away in the hills of this land are some of the oldest tribes, untouched by civilization. Picturesque mist clad hill stations, sprawling spice plantations, luxuriant forests and rich cultural traditions can be seen in Wayanad. Check into a Tree House, freshen up and proceed for sightseeing, which includes a trek to the Edakkal caves, picnic at the Wayanad hill resorts etc. Overnight stay at the Tree House.

Day 10 Mysore

Depart after breakfast from Kabini to Mysore (2hrs). Arrive at Mysore, freshen up, proceed for a city tour of Mysore visiting the Brindavan gardens, on the terraces of the Krishnarajasagar Dam. The Brindavan Gardens has innumerable fountains springing forth in the most attractive hues. Also visit the Mysore Palace which is a harmonious synthesis of the Hindu and Saracenic styles of architecture with archways, domes, turrets, colonnades and sculptures which are magnificent. Visit the art gallery. Drive up to Chamundi Hill to see the Chamundeswari Temple and a panoramic view of Mysore. Back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 11 Banglore
